FAQs
More FAQs- Is drying and curing the same thing?
- Do I need to do anything prior to the technician arriving for my scheduled service?
- Can I use off the shelf cleaners for spot removal?
No. Drying means that the surface layer is no longer wet or damp to the touch. Curing, on the other hand, means that acrylic has reached its maximum hardness thereby providing the necessary protection of your flooring.
Yes. Remove breakables from the tops of furniture in the room we will be cleaning. Pick up moveable items from the floor in areas you want cleaned, such as rugs, plants, trash cans, chair mats, etc. Pre-vacuum all areas to be cleaned, unless pre-vacuuming is part of your service agreement.
We recommend using only ServiceMaster Clean products. For more information, contact the professionals at ServiceMaster Clean Of St. John's.
