We are searching for someone to fill a Part-time 20-25 hours per week Office and Operations Support Staff position. This position is a combination of clerical duties and assisting the operations team in its day to day functions. You cannot be afraid to get your hands dirty, must possess a positive attitude, even when things are not going as planned and be willing to jump in on any project that we are working towards and do everything you can to make it a success. Responsibilities would include, but not be limited to record keeping, ordering supplies, shipping and receiving, filling, laundering and sorting mop heads and cloths and answering and screening phone calls. The successful candidate should have a minimum of two years of experience in an office environment and a diploma in a related business program. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience in Sage 50 or similar accounting software would be an asset. Possess a valid driver’s licence and have a good driver abstract. This person will be the first point of contact for clients and staff visiting or calling our office and must have an inviting and approachable personality.
