ServiceMaster Clean Of St. John's provides professional office kitchen cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitizing services. We clean and sanitize countertops, appliances, and high-touch areas such as microwaves, refrigerators, and cupboard handles to help keep your kitchen and common spaces clean, healthy, and safe.
Computer Room Cleaning
Regular computer and data room cleaning helps protect valuable equipment, support workplace health and safety, and improve system reliability.
Dust can damage sensitive computer equipment, so these spaces require careful cleaning methods that limit static-producing products and equipment.
ServiceMaster Clean Of St. John's provides computer and data room cleaning for system cabinets, floors, raised floor areas, ductwork, airflow panels, and other dust-catching surfaces. Our cleaning program helps maintain a cleaner, safer environment while extending equipment life and supporting dependable performance.
Did You Know?
Are cement floors slippery when wet or polished?
Cement floors can become slippery when wet, dusty, or improperly maintained. However, polished or sealed concrete can provide suitable slip resistance when the correct finish, cleaning methods, and maintenance program are used. In high-traffic commercial areas, regular cleaning, prompt spill removal, and appropriate slip-resistant treatments help maintain a safer walking surface.
Can I use off the shelf cleaning products on my floors?
All acrylic floor finishes can be damaged by highly alkaline products and alcohols such as the kind that you might see in hand sanitizers. If you wish to clean your floor yourself, we recommend using a neutral cleaning agent specifically recommended for cleaning acrylic floor finishes. ServiceMaster Clean Of St. John's can provide more information on a suitable product.
Is urethane slippery when wet?
Any coated surface can be slippery when wet. Our urethane product is considered to have acceptable slip resistance according to the American National Standards Institute (ANSI)/National Floor Safety Institute (NFSI) B101.3-2012 test method for measuring wet dynamic coefficient of friction (DCOF) of common hard-surface floor materials. We offer optional additives to create high slip resistance (lower probability of slipping) for wet environments or areas of concern.
